Face coverings are required for all guests ages 2+

DOORS 6:00PM, SHOW 6:30PM

Our final weekend will feature an out of town guest! Since 1979, Lonnie Holley has devoted his life to the practice of improvisational creativity. His art and music, born out of struggle, hardship, but perhaps more importantly, out of furious curiosity and biological necessity, has manifested itself in drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, performance, and sound. You may be familiar with his artwork featured in Prospect 2 and currently installed on Poydras Avenue.

Lonnie is coming to town to begin a year-long, National Endowment for the Arts funded residency with Music Box Village that will culminate in the creation of a new musical house and an ambitious, community-driven performance. Come meet Lonnie and familiarize yourself with his sound! You won’t be disappointed - Lonnie is a masterful improviser whose recent album ended up in best of the year lists as varied as Pitchfork, The New Yorker and Newsweek. Lonnie will be joined by friends TBA!
